It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cleon Peters (Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts), born in Heath, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 3, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Michael Peters and Sheryl Valego; and his siblings, Nelson Peters, Leon Peters, Lucille Annear, Marie Orr and Leona Peters.
He is survived by: his parents, Leon Peters and Phillipine Peters (Lively); his wife Teresa; his children, Crystal Griswold (Robert) of Halifax, VT and Ed Croteau of Heath; his siblings, John Peters (Valeda) of Colrain, Janette Emond, Evelyn Lamay, Pauline Stevenson (Loring), Bea Drew (Robert), Teresa Hicks (Robert) and Sylvia Williams; his grandchildren, Thomas Griswold and Holly Griswold; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn Russell and Clare Griswold; and his son-in-law Ken Valego of Chicopee.
It is suggested memorial donations be made to the Heath Agricultural Society, PO Box 10, Heath, MA 01346.
