With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Gilbert Hettinger of Sheffield, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 20, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Norman Gilbert leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Norman Gilbert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Hettinger and Robert Hettinger; and his daughter Amanda. He is survived by: his wife Gillian; his children, Jonathan (Francesco Giannese) and Caitlin; his son-in-law Christopher McNeill of Sheffield, MA; and his granddaughter Audrey Jane.
