He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth Richards (Oransky); his parents, Samuel Richards and Matilda Richards (Leventhal); his son-in-law Loren "Bud" Pettus of Boca Raton; his son David Richards of Boca Raton; his sister Marjorie Grosberg of Daytona Beach; and his grandchildren, Peyton, Macy Pettus, Joscelyn, Lillian, Joshua and Abigail Richards.
