She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Hardiman and Margaret Agnes Hardiman (Joyce); her husband Neil John McGrath, Jr.; and her siblings, Theresa "Dolly" Brown, John "Jack" Hardiman and Mary Desmond.

She is survived by: her children, Neil J. McGrath, III (Joanne) of North Attleborough, Robert W. McGrath (Dawn) of Sharon, John J. McGrath (Kathleen) of Sharon, William R. McGrath (Geeta) of Wrentham, Patricia A. McGrath of Sharon, Linda M. Willhauck (Doug Mirable) of Mansfield, Stephen M. McGrath (Dawn) of Foxborough and Barry R. McGrath (Pauline) of Assonet; and her sister Barbara Moriarty (John) of Kingston. She is also survived by eight children now married, brought them 26 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
