He is survived by: his sons, Jeff of Haverhill and Steven; his daughter-in-law Beth; his granddaughters, Rebekah and Jordan Leavitt of North Reading; his siblings, Beth Bernstein of Boston and Edward of San Francisco; his nieces, Leah Bernstein of San Francisco and Tanya Fokina of Brookline; his nephew David Bernstein; and his significant other Sally Francis of Peabody.
