He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Palmer and Bertha Palmer (Marriott); and his sister Carolyn Urquhart. He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Palmer (Dickerman); and his children, Scott E. Palmer of Attleboro, MA, Todd J. Palmer of Cranston and Pamela B. Campatelli of Seekonk, MA. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
