He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. Rowland and Eileen M. Rowland (McGuinness). He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Rowland (Zwinklis); his children, Molly and Casey Rowland; his siblings, Walter Rowland (Julie), Susan Rowland and Linda Elliott; and his parents-in-law, Richard G. and Margaret F. Zwinklis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, a great-niece, and a great-nephew.
