He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" O'Neill (Gendron); his children, Raymond O'Neill (Jennifer) and Shannon Metzger (Joseph); his grandchildren, Eric, Jessica O'Neill, Jamie and Sara Metzger; and his siblings, Joseph O'Neill, Jane Couture, Mary Donovan, Dr. John O'Neill, Thomas O'Neill, William O'Neill, Vincent O'Neill, Nancy O'Neill, Robert O'Neill and Paul O'Neill.
