He was predeceased by: his spouse Eleanor L. Hayes (Corrigan); his parent Timothy J.; and his sibling Catherine Carvalho. He is survived by: his parent Maude J. Hayes (Murtha); his children, Patricia A. Hayes of Seekonk, MA, Stephen R. Hayes (Lori) of Valrico, Ann Marie Van De, Kathleen E. Tierney (Steve) of North Attleboro, MA and Christine M. Iaconis (Bob) of North Attleboro, MA; and his siblings, Timothy Hayes, Mary Swift and Helen Russell.
