He was predeceased by: his parents, Hagop Moukhtarian and Terfanda Moukhtarian (Loussarian); and his sibling Azniv Kermezian. He is survived by: his wife Guline Moukhtarian (Merdinian); his children, Hagop Moukhtarian (Candace) of East Providence, Garbis Moukhtarian (Maria) and Amber of Rehoboth, MA; and his siblings, Maryjane Demerjian and Seroun Torossian.
