He was predeceased by: his parents, George Searles and Margaret Searles (Hosey); and his grandson Matthew H. Searles. He is survived by: his wife Ann Carolyn Searles (Collins); his children, Sean P. Searles (Diane) of Acworth, GA, Kathryn L. Fraser (John) of Seekonk, MA and Mark J. Searles (Nicole) of Barrington, RI.; his grandchildren, Ryan of Samantha, J. D., Michaela, Sidney, Hailey and Maggie; and his great grandchild Leighton May.
