Though Joanne may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joanne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Cardin; her parents, Manuel Pacheco and Belmira Pacheco (Martins); and her sibling Jackie Issner. She is survived by: her children, Jason Cardin and Michelle Kwolek; her grandchildren, Angelina Toledo and Aaron Kwolek; and her close friend Joseph Peno.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Maceroni Funeral Home (1381 Smith St, North Providence, RI 02911). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Seekonk Congregational Church (600 Fall River Ave, Seekonk, MA 02771).
