She was predeceased by: her husbands, Bradley M. McDermott and Harry E. Bay; her father James A. Fay; her son Bradley M. McDermott; and her brothers, James A. Fay, William Fay and Robert Fay.
She is survived by: her mother Helen E. Fay (Murphy); her daughters, Donna E. Higgins of Seekonk, Janice O'Berg (Raymond) of Mansfield and Gail P. (Barrington); her grandchildren, Andrea, Christian, Jennifer, Mary and Thomas; her great grandchildren, Drea, Leila, Julian, Norah, Jack, Liam and Thomas; and her caregiver Guilhermina Barbosa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
