It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gladys Tavernier (Seekonk, Massachusetts), born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 20, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Tanis J. Tavernier, Sr.; her parents, James Gailey and Margaret Gailey (McConnell); her son Kevin J. Tavernier; and her brother James Gailey.
She is survived by: her children, Lora Pielka (Edward) of Seekonk, Denise Moriarty (Raymond) of Wakefield and Tanis J. Tavernier, Jr. (Suzanne) of Prudence Island; and her siblings, Albert Gailey, John Gailey, Dorothy Carr, Margaret Cartwright and Phyllis Fallow. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
