He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. J. St. Elmo and Ruth M. Bockley (Elias). He is survived by: his close friend Lynn Neves of Seekonk; his son Scott St. Elmo; his siblings, Linda Grant, William Bockley and Karl Bockley (Elly); and his nieces, Tanya, Danielle and Amanda.
