He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Dietz and Ruth Dietz (Chippendale); his son David T Dietz; and his sister Jane Khouri (Dietz). He is survived by: his children, F. Richard Dietz, Jr. (Eliza) and Beth-Ann F. Norko (John) of North Attleboro, MA; his brother John Dietz (Carol Dietz) of Greenwich, CT; his grandson Benjamin F Dietz (Katelyn); and his great grandchildren, Logan David Dietz of Sharon, MA, Bayley A Markopoulos (Adam Markopoulos) of Norwood, MA, Eliza A Dietz of Boston, MA, John G Norko Jr. of North Attleboro, MA, Nickolas R Norko of North Attleboro, MA, Kristina A Norko of North Attleboro, MA and Elizabeth A Norko of North Attleboro, MA. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
