She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cullen and Martha Cullen (Doyle); and her brother William "Babe" Cullen. She is survived by: her husband Wayne E. Garrity; her children, Bridget L. Garrity (James Altomari) of Rumford and David W. Garrity (Erin Brown) of Pawtucket; her grandchildren, Jared Oliver, Kassidy Garrity, Lily Altomari and Olivia Garrity; her brothers, Robert Cullen of Riverside, David Cullen of Riverside and Paul Cullen of Newton, MA; and her friends, Sharon Dalessio of Seekonk and Karen Menezes of Portsmouth. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of choice in memory of Carole "Teda" A. Garrity.
