He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Connell and Barbara L. Connell (Bell). He is survived by: his sister Meredith L. Connell of Kingston, MA. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

“I had the pleasure to have met Scot this past Feb,we were roommates for a short time, I have never met anyone as easy to get along with as Scot, and kind hearted and caring as Scot...he went away to get himself help and was helping others including myself,,, the story's he had I loved him was hoping for a long friendship with my new buddy... I lost his# and looking online for it wasn't expecting what I seen...so sorry for everyone else that has been ever blessed to have been in Scots life Chad.”
