It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sammy K Helton Sr. (Scituate, Massachusetts), born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who passed away on February 24, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Helton and Edith Helton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Helton; his son Sam Helton Jr. (Rita); and his stepchildren, Frank Helton, Suzan Winfrey (David Sr.), Tulin Artan, Erol Artan (Clayton Kingsley) and Tim Artan (Elaine). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
