She was predeceased by: her husband Edward; and her parents, Walter Cole and Elizabeth Cole. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Atkinson, Julia Churchill (Andrew) and Sarah Borek (Michael); her grandchildren, Aidan Murphy, Libby and Nicole Churchill; and her children, Max, Conor and Sam Borek.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Sally K. Atkinson to Perkins School for the Blind - Infant and Toddler Fund or the Scituate Animal Shelter.
