She was predeceased by: her husband William Joseph Pittella; her parents, Gaetano Cerrato and Della M. Cerrato (Quarleno); and her brother Samuel Cerrato. She is survived by: her children, Rosemarie Hamilton (Steven) of Bellingham, John M. Jordan (Julie) of Scituate and Barbara Szumylo (Martin) of North Easton; and her sister Lucy Bonaparte (Harold) of West Wareham. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Rose's name can be made to the Scituate Animal Shelter.
