He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Ronald Shone and Beverly Shone. He is survived by: his wife Karen Nechtem Shone; his son Brad Shone (Jennifer); his brothers, Robert Shone, Brint and Tristan; and his parents-in-law, Judge Amy Nechtem, Todd and Lynne Nechtem. He is also survived by children/grandchildren.
