She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Adrianus Jacobs and Neeltje Jacobs; her husband David Blomberg; her daughter Kirsten Goldhammer; her siblings, Marion Jacobs, Reina Van, Laan and Ben Jacobs; her grandchildren, Jonathan Goldhammer, Grace Goldhammer, Morgan Blomberg and Michael Blomberg Jr.; her son-in-law Troy Goldhammer; and her son Michael Blomberg.
She left this earth and journeyed to heaven after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
