She is survived by: her daughter Lucy Proulx (Daryl); her grandson Leo of Ayer, MA; her son Jake Sullivan (Amanda); her grandson William of Weymouth, MA.; and her former husband Dan Sullivan of Newbury, NH.. She is also survived by numerous cousins and close personal friends.
