He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Hurley (Daley); his parents, John Hurley and Dorothy Hurley (Tormey); and his siblings, John C. Hurley, Catherine Molloy and Gordon McLean.
He is survived by: his children, Michael W. Hurley Jr. (Nicole) of Braintree, Thomas J. Hurley (Alexis) of Cohasset, Tricia Cheverie (John) of Hanover and Matthew C. Hurley (Jocelyn) of Hanson; and his grandchildren, Kerry Hurley, Caitlin Hurley, Jack Cheverie and Julia Cheverie.
