She was predeceased by: her husband William C. Wattendorf; her parents, Thomas F. Phillips and Margaret Mary Phillips (Johnston); and her siblings, Frances, Martin, Robert, Edward and Thomas Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Maryann Wattendorf (Ed Marcantonio) of Westwood, Susan Shawn (David) of Beverly and William Wattendorf of Marshfield; her granddaughters, Julia Marcantonio, Emily Shawn, Nikki Shawn and Chloe Vitali; and her brother Joseph "Bud" Phillips of Milton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
