She was predeceased by: her parents, Mario J. Somontes and Josephine M. Somontes (Tosches); and her husband Chester W. "Ted" Pierce. She is survived by: her children, Maryjo Pierce-Mazzella (Alyssa Pierce-Mazzella), Philip J. Pierce (Theresa Leminen) of Weymouth and Jen Forest (Mark) of Weymouth; and her siblings, Philip Somontes (Maryann) of Abington and Diane S. Cunningham (John) of Orrington, Maine.. She is also survived by many aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
