He is survived by: his siblings, Kate Kator (Scott Kator), Jim Dee (Emily Kawano) and Veronica Dee Amelang (Todd Amelang); and his nieces and nephews, Dan, Mairead, Fiona, Aiden, Kendall, Max and Kiyo.
