He is survived by: his spouse Joan Manrique (McDonough); his children, Luis Manrique (Jeanette) of Florida, Albert Manrique (Debbie) of New Jersey, John Manrique (Diana) of New York and Lydia Biggio (Arthur) of Colorado; and his sister Olga of Florida.
