He was predeceased by: his father Gerard J. Belliveau; and his grandparents, Ruth V. (Bailey), Raymond L. Belliveau, Alice M. (Bronzo) and John W. O'Donoghue.

He is survived by: his mother Arlene Belliveau (O'Donoghue); his siblings, Gerard J. Belliveau, Jr., Andrew D. Belliveau (Laura) and Janet K. Bomar (Bennett); his nieces and nephews, Zoey, Jasper Belliveau, Anna and Sam Bomar; and his godchildren, Molly Bagshaw, Jake O'Donoghue and Maggie Strauss. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
