Jacobs (Shelley Jacobs) of Fairport, NY; her grandchildren, Jason Jacobs (Callie), Brent Jacobs, Jessica Jacobs and Matthew Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Thompson Lee Jacobs and Carter Blair Jacobs; her nieces, Lynn Levey and Amy Levey; and her nephew Ted Levey.
