She is survived by: her parent Harold "Pat" McConnell of Glens Falls, NY.; her children, Polly Fish (Gregory), Joan Fitzpatrick, Nancy Friedman (David) and James Fitzpatrick Jr.; her wife Sally Fitzpatrick; her grandchildren, Alexander Fish (Mary), Amanda Fish, Lucy Ramseyer (Logan), Audrey Fitzpatrick, Kiely, David, Jack Turgeon (Mary), Sam Friedman, Anna Friedman, Peter, Caroline and Charlotte Fitzpatrick; her great grandchildren, Teddy Fish, Royce Fish and Guy Fish; and also Peter Fitzpatrick (Ellen). She is also survived by mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
