With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Thornton of Scituate, Massachusetts, born in Brighton, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 14, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thornton and Elizabeth Thornton (Glennon). He is survived by: his wife Candy Thornton (Fallon); his son Charly; his daughter-in-law Vanessa Thornton; his daughter Megan; and his son-in-law Brian Kearney. He is also survived by two brothers and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to New England Connection For PKU and Allied Disorders.
