He was predeceased by: his parents, James R Duffy Sr. and Anna Duffy of Scituate. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Duffy (Mahoney); his children, Jennifer Casper (Glen) of Pembroke, Robert Duffy (Bridget) of Scituate, Erin Engelkemeyer (Jason) of Marshfield and James Duffy III (Reilly Shea) of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Hayley Casper, Caitlyn Duffy, Grace, JJ Engelkemeyer, Paisley and Lyla Duffy; and his brother Norman Duffy (Joan) of Scituate.
