James McCarthy Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James McCarthy (Scituate, Massachusetts), born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 31, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Theodora "Teddy" McCarthy (Lee); his siblings, Mary Costas, Isabelle Funk, Genevieve Byron, Pierce McCarthy and Ann McCarthy; and his nephew Bill Byron.

He is survived by: his children, Gregory L. McCarthy of South Boston and Catherine M. Bridgeman; his son-in-law Michael J. Bridgeman of Scituate; his grandchildren, Theodora "Teddy" Bridgeman and John "Jake" Bridgeman; and his sister-in-law Marietta McCarthy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
