He was predeceased by: his parents, Eguisto Casali and Pasqua Casali (Morello); his wife Mildred O'Neil Casali; his son James; and his grandson Francis Paul Casali.

He is survived by: his children, Rosemarie Rabuffetti (Rosario) of Kingston, Maryann Foley (William) of South Weymouth, Paul Casali of Scituate, Lorraine Beaudet (Richard) of New York and Robert Casali (Erica) of Scituate; his grandchildren, Lisa Bethoney of Halifax, Kristen Souza of Hingham, William Foley of Norwell, Sean Foley of Weymouth, Kerry Foley of Weymouth, Erin Nelson of Scituate, Megan Foley of Weymouth, Richard Beaudet of Colorado, Matthew Beaudet of New York, Connor Beaudet of New York, Holly Akikie of Stoughton, Bella Casali of Scituate and Noelle Casali of Scituate; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Landon, Wyatt, Ryder, Atley, Seamus, Bryn, Reagan, Austin and Quinn.
