He was predeceased by: his wife Laurette Sullivan (Wadsworth); his parents, Henry Leo Sullivan and Eleanor; and his sister Francis Murphy of Fryeburg, Maine.. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Patrick Sullivan of Vail, Mark Terrence Sullivan of West Roxbury, William Daniel Sullivan of Pembroke and Michael Joseph Sullivan of Scituate; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Ellie Claire, Cassidy of Vail, Neela, Mason of West Roxbury, Madison, Makena, Ethan of Pembroke, Adria and Kailub of Scituate; and his pet Primo.
