Gregory C. Shinney Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory C. Shinney of Scituate, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 23, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Noreen Shinney (Quirk) and Charles Shinney of Canton; and his brothers, John Shinney and Matthew P. Sousa. He is survived by: his wife Amy E. Carey Shinney; his children, Caroline Carey and Charles James; his brothers, Brian Shinney, Michael Sousa, Patrick Meegan (Yuko), Michael Meegan (Rachel), Robert Meegan (Michelle), George Meegan and Robert Goodwin (Jodi); his parents-in-law, James, Mary Ellen Carey (Kevin), Gretchen Carey (Ray), Janice Meegan and Deb Sousa; his nephew Mathew Shinney; and his niece Neva Chung. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins, and countless dear friends.
