He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dunlap and Suzie Regina Dunlap; his wife Sally Dunlap; and his son Scott "Jody" Heman. He is survived by: his children, Mona Jacobucci (William) of Scituate, Donna Whitman (Robert) of Mashpee and Charles Heman of Scituate; and his siblings, Mary Barbiere, Elizabeth Dwyer, Viola Holbert, Caroline Morris, John Dunlap and Henry Dunlap.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
