He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dorothy Baker (Dame); his parents, George H. Baker and Leona H. Baker (Shields); his children, Heidi Baker Browne (Matthew) of Scituate, Susan Baker Adams (Anthony) of Scituate and Jonathan William Baker of Quincy; his grandchildren, Avery, Griffin, Jennifer, Jessica, Lindsay, Sarah and Elizabeth; his great grandchild Kastan; and his sibling Dean R. Baker (Gayle) of Fryeburg, ME..

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Dr. Ruth McLain Hospice Home in Braintree, MA.
