He is survived by: his wife Ellen Potvin Schigg; his children, Michelle Elizabeth Schigg of Scituate, MA. and Jamie Francis Schigg (Adilita Francis) of Dallas, TX; his granddaughter Adelita Sailor Frances Schigg; and his brother Paul Francis Schigg (Carol) of South Easton, MA..
