He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Joyce and Joseph Joyce of Scituate, MA.. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph "Toby" (Monica), Joshua (Keith) and Noah; his grandchildren, Josiah, Samuel, Mabel, Hayden and Dylan; and his brothers, Thomas, Joseph (Titine) and John. He is also survived by many loving nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
