With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances L. Budd (Scituate, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 7, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles J. Budd, Jr.; her children, Timothy Budd (Teresa) of Pembroke, Phyllis Cochran (Kevin) of Plymouth and Elizabeth Rhinehart (Gary) of Ocala, FL.; her grandchildren, Annalise Gilbertson (Kyle), Charlie (Saengduean), Teresa, Shane Budd, Sean, Sydney Cochran, Edward (Kaitlin), Shannon Twist and Cody Rhinehart (Lani); and her siblings, Elizabeth Craven of Jamaica Plain, Mary Corbett, Elynor Burke, Claire Bulman, Gerald Bulman, Thomas Bulman, Alfred Bulman and Paul Bulman. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
