It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Ingalls Murphy (Scituate, Massachusetts), born in Richford, Vermont, who passed away on June 21, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Marion Ingalls (LaPlant); her brother Albert Ingalls of Burlington; and her significant other Jack Gage of Scituate. She is survived by: her parent Ernest Ingalls; her children, Sharon Mitchell of Harwich, Kenna Liatsos (Leo) of Orleans, John Kelly (Barbara-Lee) of Plymouth and Kim Harriman (Nate) of Scituate; and her grandchildren, Kelly Gardner, Michael Mitchell, Daniel Mitchell, Susan Kashmanian, Jill Johnson, Christopher Kelly, Michael Kelly, Timothy Kelly, Jake Harriman and Annie Harriman. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, a niece and nephew, and many devoted friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to First Trinitarian Congregational Church, 381 Country Way, Scituate in support of their senior luncheons which Evelyn enjoyed for so many years.
