He was predeceased by : his wife Penuel "Penny" Sullivan; his parents, Israel "Itchy" Cohen and Elsie Cohen; and his siblings, Donald Cohen and Richelle Saunders.
He is survived by : his children, Jeffrey S. Cohen of Winthrop, Jennifer A. Casey (John) of Scituate and David B. Cohen (Linda); and his grandchildren, Emma, Jake, Grace Casey, Olivia and Maxwell Cohen.
