She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Stephen J. O'Connor; her brother Richard Williams; and her parents, Thomas Williams and Marion Williams. She is survived by: her children, Caryn Collombet of Grenoble, France, Kim Van Etten of Winter Park, FL, Lauren Boole (Dana) of Raleigh, NC. and Stephen J. Jr. of Marshfield; her grandchildren, Jenna Van Etten (Evan Kendall), Kelsey Owen (Brewer), Taylor Boole, Cory, Ryan Collombet, Stephen J., III and Sara O'Connor; and her sister Judith Lavelle of Chelmsford. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
