He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Cook and Mary Cook; his son Christopher; his granddaughter Nicole; his wife Sandra; his children, Kathy Belongia (Robert), Kevin Cook (Martha) and Kerry Collins (John); his grandchildren, Michael (Christy), Matthew, Caitlin (Jake), Christopher (Bari), Kate, Scott, Jonathan, Joshua and Clare; and his great grandchildren, Mara and Robbie.
