With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald M. Litchfield Sr. of Scituate, Massachusetts, born in Hingham, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 22, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Litchfield, Sr. and Verna Litchfield Martini (Morrison); his sister Diane Mello; and his brother-in-law Fred L. Sylvester, Jr. (Christine). He is survived by: his wife Mildred Litchfield (Sylvester); his son Donald M. Litchfield, Jr. (Tricia) of Scituate; his siblings, Frances Cippullo (late James, Sr.), William A., Jr. and Richard (Janie); his nephew James Sylvester (Caryn); his great-nephew David; his nephew Jimmy Cippulo, Jr. (Brenda); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyle and Jake.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Hospice of the South Shore, 30 Reservoir Park Drive, Rockland, MA 02370 in appreciation of the exceptional care he received in his final days.
