Dennis Moran Obituary

With solemn reverence, we commemorate Dennis Moran of Scituate, Massachusetts, whose life came to an end on January 16, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Moran and Laura Moran; his sister Kathleen Cain Brown (Moran); and his son-in-law Vincent Ascrizzi, MD. He is survived by: his wife Kitty Moran (Boulet); his daughters, Molly Ascrizzi of Quincy and Julie Strehle (Andrew) of Hingham; and his grandchildren, Kitty Ascrizzi, Michelle Ascrizzi, Margaret Strehle and Ian Strehle.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Sparrell Funeral Service (1 Summer St, Cohasset, MA 02025). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (10 Summer St, Cohasset, MA 02025).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the W. Dennis Moran '64 Scholarship at his alma mater Union College.
