He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Guy Hart; and his parent-in-law Julia Polaski. He is survived by: his spouse Lisa Hart (Polaski); his children, Michelle Hart of Scituate, Danny Hart of Scituate and Sean Hart of Scituate; his parent Maureen Hart (Fitzgerald) of Weymouth; his parent-in-law Philip Polaski; and his siblings, Laura Matterazzo (Hart) of Carver and Christopher Hart (Diane) of Plymouth. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the V Foundation for research for a cure for cancer.
